1. A new license grants you the right to remove the "Powered by..." hyperlink on a new web site.

2. A license operates on only one domain name. This can be set now when you buy the license or it can be edited later.

3. A license does not grant you any supplementary rights besides the one of legally removing the "Powered by..." hyperlink. The license agreement remains unchanged.

4. After registration, you will receive a license code that you will need to input in the file license.dat to clear the "Powered by..." link.

5. By the term "Domain name" the system also understands subdomains. So basically it will not recognize subdomain.yourdomain.com and subdomain2.yourdomain.com as being part of the same website (yourdomain.com). However, you can avoid this problem by registering the main domain only (yourdomain.com) and using the X-News administration panel from a URL such as yourdomain.com/subdomain1/xnews/. Refer to point 4 for details.

6. Payments are processed with PayPal - a secure online paying service. You can also pay with Moneybookers but that payment system is not yet implemented in the License Manager. You would have to contact me personally to deliver payment.
