I know! It's been way over a month. My estimations turned out to be completely wrong regarding the release of this new version. The first version of X-News was released on the 24th of August and it has so far recorded over 4000 hits on the HotScripts.com directory which was quite a surprise to me.
So why the delay? There were numerous bugs I had to fix (you can't get it right from the first time) and a great number of features to add. Also, this month of September was very full for me because of some personal issues so I had little time to work on this project. I would like to say a huge "Thanks!" to all of you who reported bugs or suggested features. Also, I would like to thank Astie for translating the script into Dutch.
As you might have noticed, one of the main features introduced in this version is the multilanguage support, currently supporting English and Dutch (more languages soon to come). For a full list of fixed bugs and added features, consult the README file attached to the script.

UPGRADING:

For those of you who downloaded the first X-News version, you can easily upgrade your software by installing X-news 1.0.1 at a new location and then using the brand new Synchronization wizard and passing it the path to your old xnews folder.
